Shipping Policy

Books are packed and dispatched from Park Street Booksellers in Houston, Texas.

Where we ship

We ship to eligible United States addresses. Available delivery services and the full shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer international shipping or customer pickup.

Dispatch and delivery

We normally dispatch paid orders within two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. A carrier’s transit estimate is separate from our dispatch time and begins after the carrier receives your parcel. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

We will send tracking information when it is available. We package each book to protect its cover, corners, and pages in transit. If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will contact you with the revised date and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items and their applicable charges.

Shipping charges and address changes

Shipping charges depend on the delivery option offered for your order and are displayed at checkout. Applicable tax on shipping is included in the order’s tax calculation. Review the delivery address before ordering. If you need a correction, email us promptly; we can change it only while the parcel has not been handed to the carrier. Any additional delivery cost will be explained for your agreement before reshipping.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

Contact hello@parkstreetbooksellers.com with your order number if tracking stalls, a parcel is missing, or a book arrives damaged. For damage, please keep the packaging and send photographs if possible. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund; you do not need to resolve a carrier claim on our behalf.
